Pork Belly Sisig
Chopped pork belly & onions with toyomansi (soy sauce, aromatics, & calamansi). Spicy vinegar on the side.
BEEF CHEEK BICOL EXPRESS
14-hour braised beef cheeks in coconut milk, ginger, garlic, & aromatics. Served with sliced finger chillies & sawsawan berde (herbs, garlic, & green chili).
Chicken Inasal
Grilled chicken marinated with calamansi, lemongrass, soy, & brown sugar. Served with Salsa Morita (tomato and chipotle)
Coconut Jackfruit (VEGAN)
Jackfruit braised in coconut milk, served with spicy vinegar on the side.

From Toronto
- Get on the Gardiner Expressway West.
- Take ON-410 N to Hurontario St.
- Continue on Hurontario St to your destination.
From Bolton
- Follow Hwy 50 and Old Church Rd/Peel Regional Rd 22 to Centreville Creek Rd for 14km.
- Turn right onto Centreville Creek Rd for 3km.
- Drive along Charleston Sideroad/Peel Regional Rd 24 and Heart Lake Rd for 20km.
- Turn right (Sonnen Hill will be on your right)
From Orangeville
- Get onto ON-10 for 4 km
- Turn left onto Highpoint Rd and continue for 3km.
- Turn left onto Heart Lake Rd and continue for 1km.
- Turn right (Sonnen Hill will be on your right)
