FAT RICE x 915 Dupont

Pilipino Brunch in Toronto’s grooviest listening bar.

Who knew people liked rice porridge THIS much?

February 7. Maybe it was the weekend blizzard that got everyone and they nanay fiending for a bowl of Filipino congee. Or maybe “Arroz Caldo” just sounds sexier than “rice porridge.”

One thing’s for sure: Silog almost always tastes better with dope coffee and baby-making music from the record collection of a 53-year-old Baltimore barber. Hats off to Keith Sweat and the 915 Dupont team for helping us sell out at our first Pilipino Brunch pop-up.
